Refund policy
Your handcrafted artwork is created with care and attention, and each piece is unique. To ensure clarity and fairness, the following refund guidelines apply:
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Because each artwork is handmade, slight variations in texture or color are normal and not considered defects.
Non‑returnable items
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are offered only for items damaged during shipping.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items such as home signage, art works, and customized tiles). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Each piece of our copper artwork is individually handcrafted, resulting in natural variations in color, patina, texture, etching patterns, and overall appearance. These distinctions are an inherent and intentional part of the artistic process, making every item truly one‑of‑a‑kind.
Because of this handcrafted nature, the item you receive may differ slightly from the photographs displayed on our website. These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and accept these unique characteristics as part of the value and authenticity of handmade artwork.
Exchanges
in some cases, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return‑shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
