Your order is packaged securely and shipped with care to ensure it arrives safely. all our products are made in New Zealand and are handmade to order and have a lead time depending on the product.
Processing time:
- For large order of tiles (more than 10 tiles) please contact us for the lead time. Small orders of tiles (less than 10 tiles) will be prepared and dispatched within 5 working days. once the Orders is ready it will be prepared and shipped within 2 business days.
- For all art works please contact us for lead time. Once the artwork is ready it will be prepared and shipped within 2 business days.
- Home number signages are usually made in 5 working days. Once the signage is ready it will be shipped within 2 business days.
- Custom orders may require additional time.
